B2B - Business Service Levels

For our business customers we offer 3 different levels of service to ensure your mobile technology is kept fully functional. We offer a no fix no fee policy so any fault can be assessed first and you don’t have to worry about expending money without a result. Your devices are collected and returned to you or repaired at your site and ALL our work is done on a No Fix No Fee! basis that includes a 3 month warranty on the work we have done.

Executive Level

Provides minimum down time and inconvenience through a full onsite repair service.


Most repairs can be done within an hour, on your premises and we aim to respond within 24 hours.


For iPads and other tablets, we can collect the device, complete and return the item the same day.

Company Level

For those in business that rely on mobile devices, such as sales and service, mobile technology is critical for an efficient delivery. 


At Ph1x, our company level service ensures you are covered for out of warranty and accidental damage. 


We can collect your company devices (Monday, Wednesday or Friday), repair and returned to you within 48 hours. 

Staff Benefit

This level of service is aimed at your own staff who will often use their own devices for work purposes. We can provide the same high quality service and repairs at a competitive ‘staff benefit’ rate.
